That list is just everyones main. We also have a few lower level alts... but they shouldn't be considered for your class selection. We have two captains in our regular group, no lore master or champion, and no hunter prior to Pyro.
the low levels come pretty fast. You can get to 7 in a few hours, 15 in 3 or 4 days. After that it slows down, but you can still easily get a level an evening up to about 30. The game will let you group with anyone, regardless of level. You lose some XP from mobs, but you progress through quest XP and it is the same. Up to about level 20 there are tons of solo quests, more group stuff after that.
