Gerbil can not call for a Trial of Refusal since the battle has already been fought. Also a trial of refusal means he is using it to defy some sort of order coming from the clan council or his superior.

As far as his stated ToG goes, that he issued based on the outcome that would probably be denied to him by the clan council if we had one.

As far as his ToG goes he needs to state his reason and create another thread.

As far as all the trials go Gerbil, Falcon, Jet, Xavier and I played for years together in Clan Jade Falcon. Postal played with us in Clan Nova Cat in nbt. So i guess we can get away with all the trials we issue one another.

You can't have a trial of grievance to overturn the outcome of a previous trial of greivance... it would take a trial of refusal to erase the trial of grievance as if it never happened... and it would only be granted for cause. However, since the clans operate on a strict system of might makes right, a trial of refusal is generally a big deal, and tantamount to a military coup.

yes but i couldnt call a ToF cuz it has already happened so ya had to try ToG since it was a day after it happened NORMALLY a ToF is called within an hour or immediatly after the ToG is called
