Update 4 is now on the servers, ready for download. This is a huge one, tying into the Rise of Isengard release tomorrow. There are three major updates that I see. Traits have gone from max level 10 to max 12. Pity to those that stopped at 10! They have added 10 additional levels. Finally, stats are no longer capped at 650...there is no cap.
